My sister-in-law
I love and admire my sister-in-law bc of her relationship that she has with Jesus. No matter what trials and challenges comes her way she never loses focus on what really matters. Thirteen and half years ago she married my brother and at first I was jealous of her bc she was taking my brother away from me but when I came to find out what kind of person she has become changed my view on her. She is a very strong Christian and starts and ends her day with Jesus and with prayer. She home schools three of my five nephews and nieces takes them to practices and is the biggest cheerleader for them. When she is faced with a challenge she knows exactly what to do and does not fall and doubt God. In the thirteen years I have known her, her relationship with God grows stronger and stronger everyday. The one thing I miss most about living in Texas is that I don't get to see them as often as I did when we lived thirty minutes from them. I went up in August to visit them and came home truly blessed and more focused on God bc of what I got to witness while I was up there visiting. The whole family is on fire for God and when you walk into that house you feel God's love, family love, and no one ever puts the other one down. Everyone encourages everyone and everyone loves and helps out with everything. I love her and am truly blessed to be related to her. God created a wonderful caring person and I am glad that my brother chose her to marry and I am glad to call her my sister. Thank you for the person you are and the person I admire most and look up to for encouragement.

My Grandmother
I have had the privilege over the past two and a half years to spend time with my grandmother every week. I go over to her house and take her to the grocery store and any other errands she has to do and in return she feeds me a big lunch. I enjoy these outings bc my grandmother is a very strong Christian and has been my rock through everything. She has been there to wipe the tears, laugh with me, share in my victories, encouraged me through challenges I face. We have a great time together in fellowship and talking about Jesus and how to strengthen our relationship with Him. Growing up I didn't live near her and the only way we could talk was by phone so when I heard she was moving down here to Texas I was excited bc then I knew that I would be close to her and see her when I want to and not have to drive far. She is a huge blessing in my life and I enjoy our time together and I never want to leave the house and come back home. October is breast cancer awareness month and so I dedicate this post to my grandmother who is a survivor of breast cancer. Grandma I love you and the person you have become and I look up to you for your wisdom, guidance, and most importantly your unconditional love. Thank you for making me the person I am today with everything you have given me I grateful for it and thank you for being my rock and being a person I can confide in about anything.
